The Commercial Division’s leadership has played an active role in the commercial real estate industry since the mid-1970’s and has helped HER Commercial Real Estate Services grow into one of the largest and most successful commercial real estate firms in Ohio.

Our focus is on commercial properties – office, warehouse, retail, and apartment complexes. From large high rise buildings to small offices buildings to in-line centers to multi-family complexes, we are capable of managing a wide spectrum of property types.

We are a locally operated company. Most national firms are headquartered out of state, making it difficult for their clients to get quick answers and personalized customer service. We have the same systems and software as the national firms, but can immediately customize our service to fit the client’s need. Our clients can pick up the phone and talk to the principals of HER Commercial Real Estate Services who will actually be familiar with their property.

We’re not a real estate company that occasionally dabbles in a commercial property management. We have 30 years of experience combined with a full-time staff of certified property managers accounting specialist and mechanically-certified technicians.

Unlike many commercial real estate brokerages, HER Commercial Real Estate Services does not own any real estate. We find that to be a conflict of interest. When a major storm comes through town causing roof leaks, power outages, etc., your property will be priority one.

Many of our competitor’s own property service subsidiaries (janitorial, landscaping, space planning, etc.) and steer their clients to use them. HER Commercial Real Estate Services competitively bids out all services to ensure the best pricing for our clients.

We do not utilize an automated phone answering system except for after-hours.
